なにも予定のない週末です。
夏に森林公園の里山市で三国山のおばちゃんから
買った、小粒にんにく。
ピクルスにしようとずっと冷蔵庫に入れたままでした。
今日は、時間がたっぷりあります。
小粒なので、皮を剥くのに骨がおれました。
月桂樹、粒こしょう、唐辛子が入った自家製ピクルス液
に漬けこんで完成です。
カレーの付け合せや、サラダのドレッシングにいいかも。
不思議とにんにく臭くないんですよ。
午後からウォーキングに出かけようと思ったら・・・・。
雨が降ってきちゃった。

halさんと気が合うぞ。この日、私もゴボウメインで
きゅうり、ピーマン、ニンジン、大根など、冷蔵庫
に有った野菜でピクルスを作ったんですよ。
朝ご飯の一品や、お弁当に便利ですよね。
先日の生姜も甘酢漬けにしました。冬の朝、1～2枚食べると
体の芯がホカホカ。節電対策です。
